My FP300 lose Matter pair code. How can I recovery it.
The FP300 should have a code printed in the box and one on the product. If you lost both of those, may I ask, do you have it paired to any matter ecosystem currently? If so, you can use the the multi-admin pairing to generate a new code, but this doesn’t replace the original code.
Unfortunately if you do not have it paired and lost all copies of the code, you may be out of luck. I really hope you can find it!
I recommend to keep backups of your codes. There are apps like HomePass for HomeKit and Matter that make this easy, or you can always take pictures and save them in a document.

Is it possible for Aqara Support to use a device’s serial number to recreate the Matter pairing code?
