Guten Tag, ich benutze aqara sirt einigen tagen, 2 geräte (leuchte und tür kontaktschalter) gehen öfter offline. Weiß wer warum?
Könntest du ein paar weitere Details zu deinem Setup teilen? Z.B. was für einen Hub verwendest du? Oft ist der Empfang einfach schlecht und eine andere Positionierung hilft.

Welcome to the Aqara forum 
If these are Zigbee sensors, they may be located far from the hub. You should place the hub closer or use Zigbee signal repeaters (such as power outlets, motors (220V), switches and relays with neutral, etc.).
If these are Thread devices, check your Wi-Fi coverage or make sure your router is working properly and is located close to the hub to which the sensors are connected.
