I have G410 doorbell camera installed. I set up a Matter signal sync for both the “specified face detected” and “Unknown face detected” within Aqara. When a face is detected, I received the Aqara app notification for that specified face correctly.
However, the matter signal was not triggered at all, instead it triggered the “Unknown face detected” instead.
After some debugging I learned that it is because there are multiple faces in the same name. And the Matter signal created is triggered on a different face within that same name(group).
