I’d like to know which is preferred when adding your M3 to Home Assistant. I’d like to get the most out of my Aqara devices when paired with Home Assistant, and from what I know, both Homekit Device and Matter miss out on different things.

Both Matter and HomeKit only support access to some “standard” features, causing you to miss out on many unique functionalities. I recommend using Matter Advanced Bridging to bridge all the custom features you need into HA for full control!
