Motion Sensor Troubles: Seeking Solutions for Unresponsive Sensors

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to the community for some advice on a puzzling issue with my smart home setup. I’ve installed two SmartThings motion sensors in separate locations, and while they worked perfectly at first, they’ve started behaving unpredictably. Sometimes they don’t trigger the lights when motion is detected, and other times the lights stay on long after the motion has stopped. It’s been frustrating to say the least!

I’ve double-checked the sensor placements and ensured that the settings in the SmartThings app are correctly configured. I’ve also tried resetting the sensors and重新配对 them with the hub, but the problem persists. I’m wondering if others have experienced similar issues and if there are any troubleshooting steps I might have missed.

Has anyone encountered this kind of behavior with motion sensors? If so, how did you resolve it? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated. I’m really hoping to get this sorted out so I can enjoy the convenience these sensors were meant to provide.
