I’ve encountered an issue since setting up the Aqara M3 hub: my M1S hub is no longer visible in the Aqara app. The M1S hub is still operational, as confirmed by my automations and its presence in Apple HomeKit. How can I reconnect it to the Aqara app? Tanks

Hi , this shouldn´t happen , as long as you are on the same Aqara server! Did you changed the Aqara server in your settings?

Did you choose to Migrate the M1S during the M3 setup? You can check inside the Hub M3 options in the app. It’s confusing during the M3 setup and I hesitated for several minutes before I could understand how everything is setup with the addition of the newer M3.
If you chose to “migrate” the hub, the M1S was hard reset and it should now be in pairing mode. You’ll need to reconnect it.
