It’s absolutely wrong that we’re going through so much trouble and frustration for a sensor that promised so much. The money we paid for one could feed a child in Africa for 15 days. What you did is wrong; recall all FP2s and refund the money. Until this situation is resolved, I will not buy a single product from your brand.
