My Doorlock U200 is not working properly

When I try to unlock it, it starts to make sounds but it doesn open. and sometimes it needs 4 times to unlock. I have done reset many times, still the same problem. I deatchadd from the door, and tested it, again it doesnt work properly, most of the time it rotates internally, but extrernaly nothins appears to rotate. And sometimes even the manual handle gets hard and stuck, until i forecefully rotate it. Please i need a solution

It might be famous aqara gear lubricant issue.

I tried all of these, still the same. When it locks, the handle of the door lock gets so hard to even open it by hand. And it doesnt open by mobile or the finger print. May be this firmware version is the reason, how can I change it back to the old version of firmware?

@rebin_ma what kind of lock door are you using, UK ,EU.
When you unlock :unlock: the door does the U200 spin and what does the status of lock shows in your aqara app. If status is unlocked, you can hear motor spin sound but does’t unlocked the door. It might be lubricant issue in that case you need to contact customer suppor.

I have also the same problem. Now, I cannot calibrate any more and I cannot use it. Any suggestions?
