At first I thought that a large bird was sitting on my G5 hub camera (POE) mounted on an outside wall.
Now I am convinced that it is tilting down by itself.
Does anyone have any guidance on how to get to the hinge screws?
I’ll bet it will not take much tightening once the screws are exposed.
Hey @datasmith can you send a picture which screw is affected? Mine is tight and keeps the place properly.
But without seeing the problem, maybe a thin rubber plate / washer could maybe solve it

I am referring to the hinge screws - which are hidden behind the white plate on either side of the white arms.
I suspect that I could remove the oval shaped white plate to expose those screws, but I am looking for some advice on that.
I am not talking about the visible screw that attaches the hinge assembly to the camera nor the screw that attaches hinge assembly to the plate that gets screwed to the wall.
