Does anyone know why my hubm2 keep going offline when internet is still online

What power source are you using? Sometimes some chargers are too weak or just fail after some time.
And are there any microwaves or induction devices near the hub or your WiFi access point? Microwaves and induction devices cause interference in the 2.4GHz channel which can cause some devices to disconnect from wifi.

Hello, welcome to the forum. In addition to the advice of @cezary806, the M2 can disconnect from the Internet network if it is placed too close to the router.
