My sensors have been periodically going offline (Installed for 7 months)

I’ve put in my sensors (mix of door contact, waterleak and vibration) all at the same time back in May 2025. In the past month, I’ve been getting notifications daily that 1 or more sensor is offline and it gets reconnected. Nothing has changed in my environment in terms of WiFi or potential signal interference. I have sensors connected to 2 different M3 Hubs (1 for main floor and 1 for basement) - sensors are paired respectively with the best signal from excellent to acceptable (maybe 2-3 are just too far away). It didn’t matter the signal or sensor, I could have a door contact sensor go down suddenly but mainly they have been the water leak sensors as I have an abudance of them. Only started happening around December and prior to that maybe once a week I’d get an alert. It’s gotten to a point where I had to turn off notifications of devices going offline because of its frequency. I’ve tried adding 2 smart plugs as repeaters (1 for main M3 hub and 1 for basement M3 hub) but it’s yielding the same results and improved signal. I thought the battery life should be at least 1-2 years but the consistency of a handful of sensors all going offline, what could this indicate? Has anyone experienced the same issue?

Hmm that’s definitely disappointing @klvnstudios
Did you tried a restart of both hubs already?

yeah I’ve tried restarting the 2 hubs and there was a recent firmware update which I completed. Unfortunately the issue still persists.

Maybe contact the support - they should read out the system better

Hello, welcome to the forum, I want to clarify, did you reconnect the sensors after connecting the new sockets? If not, then you need to re-bind the sensors so that they register the new Zigbee route through the socket.
