This year, I decided to take my game day setup to the next level by integrating my Govee smart lights into a fully automated system. The result was nothing short of amazing! 
I’ve always been a huge fan of Star Wars, so I wanted to create an immersive experience that would make my living room feel like a galaxy far, far away. I started by setting up my Govee backlight, recessed lights, and LED strips to flash in the iconic colors of my favorite team. But I didn’t stop there—I also integrated my sound system to play the team’s theme song and even set up a scoreboard on my TV that updates in real-time!
The best part? All of this happens automatically without any manual intervention. I used the Govee app to program the lights and paired it with some simple automation rules in my smart home system. It was a bit of a learning curve, but the community forums were incredibly helpful. I especially want to thank those who shared their expertise on setting up timers and triggers.
