My Use Case for the Presence Sensor FP2 + Nanoleaf Lights

Using the Aqara Matter Signals, I have the presence synced over from the FP2 to home assistant, in HA I have an automation to turn the Nanoleaf lights on when I enter the room, and the lights turn off when I leave the room.

@Virtualvoyager That’s such a cool use case! Syncing the FP2’s presence detection with Home Assistant to control Nanoleaf lights sounds super practical—automatically lighting up when you enter and turning off when you leave must make daily life feel that much smarter. Thanks for sharing your setup with the community! It’s always inspiring to see how everyone customizes their smart home systems. If you have more details on the Matter integration steps or any tips for others looking to do something similar, feel free to share—we’d love to hear more!

that’s verry cool!

Do you know if there is any interference when you look at the zones-map? Have you tried AI-Learning when theres no presence in the room? AI-Learning helped a lot in my environment. You can find it in the Aqara Home App in the device settings.

There is interference with AI Learning, Although I have just turned off AI detection and set the sensitivity to medium and it has performed much better.
