Need Help with G3 Camera and Google Home

Hello to everybody! I need some help with my new G3 Camera. I recently replaced a Xiaomi C301 camera with an Aqara G3 (better in everything) but I can’t see the live feed in Google Home, it was possible and easy with the Xiaomi camera.

The Aqara account is connected to Google Home and I have other Aqara devices in it with no problems. I already refreshed the account connection but in the Google Home tile for the camera I see only the informations about the device. I also connected the camera via Matter (didn’t know this camera supports matter) and I see it on Google Home only as Hub.

Is there a way to see the camera feed in Google Home app?

@igor_mishin_im91 You seem to be experiencing an issue with not being able to see the live feed of your Aqara G3 Camera in the Google Home app. You can contact customer support for assistance. Contact the Aqara Home App Customer Service Team (Profile> Help & Feedback > Customer Service) or scan the QR code:
