I’ve been having some trouble with my Nest Doorbell Gen 2. It was working perfectly fine until recently when it just stopped connecting. The green light is on, and the doorbell works, but I can’t seem to get it to connect properly. I’ve tried disconnecting and resetting it multiple times, following the installation process each time, but it just stays with the green light. No white or blue light appears, which I believe are indicators of successful connection.
I even turned off my Wi-Fi for a few minutes and restarted everything, but the problem persists. I’m starting to think the unit might be faulty, but I’m not entirely sure. Has anyone else experienced something similar? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!
