I have this error when I open Aqara app.
Android. Romania.
Also Network -104 error.

Same UK. Seeing no event history, message centre. I had a red dot for firmware update but nothing in app.

It’s happening In the UK as well no recordings since 7pm last night , this has also affected Apple Home recordings .

Thank you for your feedback. The issue was caused by a platform failure and has been resolved hours ago.

Issue still ongoing in the UK , Timeline severely delayed and also affecting all camera on Apple home
(I have 6 Aqara cameras all affected on Apple and Aqara app)

Message centre is still flaky. Whilst alert text is displaying the accompanying thumbnail video are not. Video event history widget is not working but I guess that’s expected if there is an issue with clips

Any reason why you said it’s working but actually it’s not true? Wednesday 19:19 and still I can’t see today’s recorded events
