New Arlo App Issue: Events Not Saving

Hi everyone, I recently upgraded my Arlo Essential outdoor camera and doorbell app, and now I’m facing an issue where the app isn’t saving any events or recordings. It’s quite concerning because I rely on these cameras for security. When I check the feed, it shows a number for recordings or events, but clicking on them just says ‘there was an issue loading feed events - try again.’ I’ve tried refreshing and even restarting the app, but nothing seems to work. I’ve also reached out to Arlo support, but I haven’t heard back yet. Has anyone else experienced this problem? Did you find a solution? I’m really hoping someone here can help me get this fixed.
