New EU TURN Server Node - London Node

We built a new TURN Server node in London at the end of last month, aimed at alleviating the increasingly congested camera streaming service problem in Europe. When you need to click the camera on the app multiple times to watch real-time videos, it means you are experiencing server congestion. Adding a London node can not only alleviate the usage problem for UK users, but also alleviate the pressure on the Frankfurt node in Germany, improving the user experience of other European countries’ users. If you are in Europe, you can provide feedback on your recent camera usage experience. If you still have problems, please leave a comment below.

@Aqara_PM_Donie today in Germany I did more issues. Yesterday I had a camera streaming problem. Actually, it’s okay.

@Aqara_PM_Donie Could this be why I am getting this error, bad gateway 802? I am near London but my region is set to United States which has always worked until now.

Did you somehow manage to blackhole the US when you did this? We probably deserve it, but we’re down… like entirely.

If you set the location to US, you devices will be registed on US server, I don’t think this is a good idea, because some services that require execution through cloud server will experience significant delays.

When the camera in the app cannot open the video after three or more consecutive clicks, or the video is delayed for more than 3 seconds, or the video is intermittent, these are obvious connection issues. Please evaluate your current user experience based on this standard.

I have provided a video below that shows the video connection speed of all cameras in my home 70 kilometers away from my office, which can be used as a reference for your comparison. Of course, this is the case in Chinese Mainland, which we think is much good use experience.

Please provide a specific description of the issues you encountered, my friend. We have built three P2P server nodes in the United States, located in Ohio, California, and Oregon, serving users in Central and North America. Theoretically, it has a better service experience than Europe.
