This kind of changelog is really useless. There is no specific information, and users are left in the dark. It is impossible to know if their problem has been fixed.
Every company is posting changelogs like that ;d
No, that’s not true:
Have anyone noticed that you cannot turn on the camera (turn off privacy protection) via scene activated via automation?
I have an automation that when I press a wireless button, then I will run an automation that activates a “Nighttime” scene. This scene (apart from turning off all the lights) also turns on the cameras.
Now it doesn’t turn on the camera, even though it shows as “sucessful” in automation logs. Running this scene manually (tapping it in the app) works flawlessly. Any other scene that turns the camera on works ok (if you select it manually), but if a scene is activated by automation, then the camera does not turn on.
Tested with G3 and G2H cameras (EU). Have anyone noticed similar behavior? I can imagine it’s intentional (to protect privacy), but I’m still curious
