I am trying to install my new G400 doorbell. The chime powers up, but the doorbell does not. I will use the PoE option to power it. I’ve tested the Ethernet cable and the PoE switch, and they work. I also tried wiring the doorbell with the existing doorbell wiring that was powering the G4 I’m replacing. Am I missing something, or is the doorbell defective?

Hey @waiver_essays_0 ! If the normal wiring also didn’t make the G400 work, then there’s a defective device possible.
