These lights are not only sleek and modern but also Matter compatible, which is a huge plus for seamless integration with my existing smart home setup.
I ordered a couple from Home Depot, and upon receiving them, I noticed some subtle yet significant improvements. The packaging was slightly different, and the newer model stood out with its ‘Supercolor’ branding. The color rendering is noticeably better, especially at warmer tones, which is a big win for creating a cozy ambiance in my living room.
One thing I noticed is the importance of consistency. I highly recommend sticking to the same model throughout a room to maintain uniformity in color output. The fact that they’re still over Wi-Fi but now Matter compatible means I can easily control them through my preferred smart home ecosystem.
