Newly Installed Doorbell Camera G410 - Firmware updates...but still needs an update?

So I’ve just setup my new doorbell camera and all appeared to be working well…got the camera going and setup the app etc…

After setting up the app, I noticed a Firmware update notice…so I did the update. I got confirmation that it was updated. But the next time I opened the app, it notified me about a firmware update…but it was the same update. So I did it again…same thing occurred.

Now I also no longer get the video or sound out of my doorbell (and now have to troubleshoot that!). Am I missing something here?

Hi @greenbear ! May you can send a screenshot of your updated G410 - so I can see if everything is updated like on mine?

I have the same versions as @DEChrisE What version does yours say @greenbear

Here is the process I have gone through a few times now and each time I get an ‘Updated’ message after completion…but then it still shows I need to update under notifications. In looking at my log, I can see it actually tried the first time and failed…ever since then, my camera hasn’t worked? Please see screenshots…
