No G3 camera feed without Matter in Google Home?

Hi, I just received my G3 CameraHub and am experimenting with its integration into Google Home. I dont have any (Aqara or non-Aqara) matter hub. Am I right that in this case I cannot add the G3 video feed into my Google Home app? It’s just showing as regular camera entry without any functionality
