No longer able to access the Aqara Doorbell G410

I have a big problem. My aqara doorbell G410 lost its Wi-Fi connection after two months of working perfectly. All attempts to reconnect failed. Because I wanted to return the device, I also deleted the entire aqara account. Since I purchased the device from the aqara Amazon store, I couldn’t return it because the time limit had expired. I contacted aqara support by email and explained my problem. Support helped me by saying that I can re-pair the doorbell, but since I completely deleted the old account, I can no longer access it. This is necessary because I had activated theft protection on the device. Now, after pairing, error 10030 appears, stating that I need to deactivate theft protection. But that’s no longer possible because I can no longer access the device or the old account. Can I still get help, or is the doorbell now an expensive piece of electronic waste?

@fiegge I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re facing with your Aqara Doorbell G410. After checking our reference materials, we don’t have specific information on resolving error 10030 related to theft protection after account deletion.

Puh, don’t know if it’s possible to reactivate your account by support help! Or get the support to set the device not bricked anymore!
But this is definitely a tricky case and definitely needs clarify by support! Please describe it again to Aqara support service
