No notifications from Aqara app on ios

I am from India. Region in the App is set to India.

I have the door lock A100 and Doorbell G410.

I am not receiving any notification from Aqara app on any of my ios devices. No notifications in the last 3 months of installation.

I have tried on iPhone15 pro max, iPhone 16 pro max and iPad.

All permissions are granted, including the notification permissions for the app. My phones don’t restrict notifications, I am receiving all other notifications from other apps.

Aqara app’s notifications are also enabled both at the account level and the app level.

I also tried setting up automation to send me push notification at a fixed time. With acting time set from 0000 to 2359. It gets executed successfully. But no notification.

I have been on multiple networks in the past 3 months. It doesn’t work on either of them.

All the notifications that are expected are shown in the message center. I also receive notifications for those events on my android devices.

I tried creating a new account to check this. I tried multiple devices.

Is there an ongoing issue with Aqara in the region?

If you have enabled all permissions, this should work. Reinstall the application by clearing the cache on your devices. This should work. If this does not help, please contact support at support@aqara.com.
