Hey everyone, I wanted to share my experience with my Nuki 3.0 Pro lock. A few days ago, I noticed an issue where the lock would automatically relock after a short period, even if the door was still open. This was pretty frustrating, especially since I couldn’t manually lock it from the inside without a key. I checked the firmware and everything seemed up to date, so I wasn’t sure what was causing the problem.After some research and reaching out to the community, I found a helpful solution. It turns out the auto-lock feature was enabled in the Nuki app settings. By disabling this feature, I was able to prevent the door from locking automatically. Now, I can unlock the door and leave it open without worrying about it relocking on its own.
