I’ve been a satisfied user of the Nuki Smart Lock for years, relying on its seamless integration into my smart home setup. However, over the past couple of months, I’ve noticed a concerning pattern of outages and connectivity issues. These disruptions have impacted the functionality of all three locks I have installed, despite using MQTT as a more reliable protocol.
The Nuki Status Dashboard has been my go-to resource for monitoring service health, but the frequent outages are becoming a significant inconvenience. While I appreciate the efforts of the Nuki team, I’m hopeful they’ll prioritize resolving these issues to restore the reliability I’ve come to expect.
In the meantime, I’ve turned to the NukiHub solution available on GitHub as a temporary workaround. It’s been a helpful stopgap, but I’m eager to see Nuki bring their service back to its previously dependable state. I’d love to hear from others who might have encountered similar challenges or found alternative solutions. Let’s keep the conversation going and support each other in optimizing our smart home experiences!
