Hi after researching for a while i almost settled on Aqara products ,
But felt before ordering i should ask for some guidence . So here goes
I live in Northen spain , wonderful place but wet and green and my house is old and like me a little heavy , Heavy because walls arw 2, foot 6, thick old old stone from the 1500,s , i love it but practicle it is not .
Wifi signal is hard to carry through all the house , i have recently installed Starlink as no real fibre to speak off , so i hope you get the gist of my problem , compounding the problem is the location of house and additional building they are scattered around up to 150 metres away , second cottage ,
Oil fired heating and to be honest it all needs smartening up , zones for heating , as it has 30ft ceiling the heating is working albeit on a single room stat in lowest room so i would like multiple zones , some decent lightening proximity sensors ans smart locks as well as smart plugs ,
So i hear z wave , bluetooth wifi ,
HELP what is best and who can i get to do a survey , i speak to people here and they look at me like a martian ( could be my spanish though )
I am ready to smarten now taken loads of photo,s and have the will power to see it through but not the technical know how , room stat is 2 wires only and being stone pulling cables i suspect would be a pain although the reform is less than 25 years old , does anyone know company i can talk to send pics and arrange purchase and install ,

Depends what you want to install! If you have lots of wired devices with neutral it shouldn’t be any problems if you run everything on zigbee protocol
