I have 2 U200 in my house and one of them got an update 1-2 weeks ago but the other one still have the old FW and not showing any FW available 
Hi, have you checked for updates directly in the U200 settings?
Sometimes the general update doesn’t prompt for availability.

New firmware is rolled out gradually, firmware does not always arrive simultaneously on all devices, if the update is not yet available, do not worry, it will come later.
Sometimes it takes longer.
