Hi,
Are there any plans for having support for ONVIF for your cameras (in my case the E1 camera).
Thanks in advance!

@krisvanacker Hello there!
Your query about ONVIF support for the Aqara Camera E1 is quite intriguing, and I wish I had a crystal ball to foresee all the future updates! However, based on the current reference information available, there isn’t a mention of ONVIF support for the Camera E1. Aqara seems to focus on their proprietary integrations and features at the moment.
While this might not be the answer you were hoping for, it’s always worth keeping an eye on Aqara’s official announcements for any exciting updates. In the meantime, feel free to share your thoughts or suggestions with the community! Your input could inspire future developments. Cheers!
Yes, currently we are mainly testing the stability and compatibility of the Onvif on the Camera G5 Pro. When it reaches a mature condition, we will consider supporting this feature in more Aqara cameras, provided that we evaluate that it still has surplus hardware resources to support this feature.
If not Onvif having RTSP at least would be better than what we currently have. But Onvif would make where I to be willing to get additional E1. Currently, I am looking at other model camera that I can have record 24/7 to my NAS. The G5 Pro only supports RTSP original, but just last night I got setup on Onvif. From what I have seen the only Aqara camera that supports either is the G5 Pro. Which as no PTZ. Which can be controlled by my NAS security camera software since home kit those not support PTZ.
