Hey everyone! I just wanted to share my experience optimizing my smart lighting setup using Z-Wave and OpenHAB. It’s been a journey, but the results are fantastic!

On the OpenHAB front, I’ve been tinkering with rules to automate my lighting based on occupancy sensors and time of day. The best part? It all integrates seamlessly with my existing Zigbee devices. 
One thing I struggled with initially was string manipulation in rules. For instance, I needed to replace colons in filenames with underscores. After some research, I found that using the replace method in JavaScript within rules worked like a charm!
