Optimizing SmartThings Hub Placement in a Two-Story Apartment

Hi everyone, I just moved into a two-story apartment and I’m setting up my SmartThings ecosystem. I have the main hub in the living room on the ground floor, but I’m planning to install in-wall switches, motion sensors, and door/window sensors on the second floor. My concern is whether the devices upstairs will have proper communication with the hub downstairs. I’ve heard that sometimes devices on different floors can struggle with signal strength and connectivity. Should I consider adding additional hubs on each floor to ensure seamless communication? I’ve read that having multiple hubs can sometimes cause interference, but I want to make sure all my devices work reliably. If I do go with three hubs, how should I configure them to avoid any issues? I’d really appreciate any advice or experiences others have had with multi-floor setups. Thanks in advance for your help!
