Optimizing Zigbee Coverage in an Older Home

Hey everyone, I’m reaching out to share my experiences and challenges with setting up a Zigbee network in my older home. I’ve been really excited about expanding my smart home setup, but the plaster and block walls in my 1940s house have been a bit of a hurdle. I’ve got a pool pump on a GE Enbrighten Z-Wave Plus plug, but it’s constantly losing connection, even with multiple switches nearby. I’ve tried placing a slave hub in the studio house in the back, but I’m still experiencing issues. I’ve also heard about a similar setup in a three-level home in Seal Beach, where the hub on the top floor struggles to reach the middle floor. I’ve considered using additional hubs as repeaters, but I’m not entirely sure if that’s the best approach. Does anyone have experience with configuring multiple hubs to act as repeaters without having to move devices to new hubs? Any insights or tips would be greatly appreciated!
