I reached out to Govee’s customer support to share my concerns, and they responded promptly, assuring me that their products are indeed IP67 waterproof and designed to withstand outdoor conditions. They even offered some tips on how to secure the wiring better, which I appreciated.
After a week of use, I’m happy to report that the lights have been performing exceptionally well. They’ve added a warm and inviting ambiance to my evenings, and the vibrant colors are perfect for seasonal decorations. I’m also impressed by the energy efficiency—they don’t drain my battery as much as I initially feared.
One thing I’d like to mention is the importance of proper installation. I made sure to follow the instructions carefully and even added some extra protective measures around the control box. This small extra effort has made a big difference in my peace of mind.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with the Govee neon rope lights. They’ve exceeded my expectations in terms of brightness, durability, and ease of use.
