Hey everyone, I’ve been having a bit of a puzzler with my outdoor lights. They’re supposed to stay white, but every night they just go off on their own, cycling through all these random colors and sequences. It’s like they’ve got a mind of their own! I’ve tried everything I can think of, but nothing seems to stick. Has anyone else encountered this? I’d love to hear how you solved it or if there’s a setting I’m missing.
On a lighter note, while I’m troubleshooting, I’ve been experimenting with custom notifications for my presence sensors. The default text is a bit, well, gloomy, so I’m trying to find a way to edit it to something a bit more upbeat. If anyone knows how to tweak that, I’d be super grateful!
Also, for those of you diving into ESPHome, I’ve been working on a project to trigger a camera snapshot using just ESPHome. It’s been a bit of a learning curve, but I’m excited to share my progress and see if anyone has tips or tricks to make it smoother.
