P1 sensor with G100 camera

Thanks to help from users here I have sucessfully set up my G410 Doorbell Camera with a P1 Sensor.

I would like to know if it is possible/practical to set up in a different location a separate system that links a P1 Sensor with a G100 camera so that automation events are recorded to the Home Guardian Cloud and the SD card in the G100.

I beleieve that the doorbell sounder hub is too far away from the proposed location of the P1 + G100 for me to be able to realistically consider a ‘Matter/Thread’ sensor combination for the second location.

Hi, I’m not a moderator, but you don’t have to delete your posts if you resolved the issue yourself. In my opinion, it’s even better to share the solution with your experiences as it may help others in the future (even if you think it won’t).

Not everyone has the same smart home journey, some people just give up, some just quietly resolve the issues after days of trying :grin: I, myself, haven’t shared more details about my journey (and haven’t asked on this forum), because I solved most of the issues before I discovered this forum.
