I recently purchased the P100 sensor and when first connected through Matter it worked for a few days then I noticed it went offline. I then tried to reset and change over to zigbee but every time I try to reconnect the indicator light flashes, purple or violent. Can I get some tips to factory reset.

Hello. The sensor needs to be removed from the Aqara home app. Just check if the device removal protection is disabled in the app (settings in the gateway). Then re-add the p100 by selecting Zigbee mode.
