Pairing Aqara T1 Sensor to SonOff ZBDongle-E

I am trying to connect an Aqara Temperature and Humidity Sensor T1 with a SonOff ZBDongle-E. The dongle is connected to a Raspberry Pi running Bookworm, and Node-Red. I have installed support for Zigbee2Mqtt and configured a bridge, which is seen as connected in Node-Red
I am trying to configure a climate sensor, but I cannot find a way to pair the Aqara Sensor. I do not want to use Home Assistant, only Node-Red - if that is possible.

Has anyone tried and succeeded doing something like this?

Hi, can you try ZHA instead of Z2M? Probably, the T1 sensors have some issues within Z2M integration, but their protocol should be standard Zigbee one.

P.S. TH T1 is listed as a supported device for ZHA, so it should be worth a try
