Is there any way to set more accurate localization (more than nearby city) to get more accurate weather on a hub display. Also sometimes all night i have sun icon instead moon. Temp is changing but icons not.

Currently, this doesn’t seem to be the case. Let’s hope Aqara fixes this soon with an update. However, since the panel probably doesn’t have its own geo-tagging function and uses the internet connection, this could be difficult.
I’m still hoping that the panel might be able to pull the location from the M3 Hub, if available.
The geofancing function, which is currently listed as beta in the automations, works relatively well for me.

I live in a small village just outside the city. It’s not a big issue but I would prefer the exact name of my place and its weather conditions.

How about making Weather Widget actually useful on s1 panel??? Aqara cannot still show day/night/hourly + 3 day forecast? This is the most expensive useful product I’ve ever had.
