I’m using:
• Aqara G410 (doorbell / video intercom)
• Aqara Smart Lock U200
• Aqara Smart Panel S1 Plus
• Aqara Relay T2 controlling an electric strike (building entrance door)
When someone rings the G410, the S1 Plus wakes up and shows the call UI. I can talk and I also get an Unlock button for the U200 lock.
However, I cannot see or use the T2 relay in the call screen (I would like a button to trigger the electric strike via T2, ideally a 1–2s pulse).
Questions:
1. Is it possible to add the T2 relay as an additional “unlock” option in the G410 → S1 Plus call UI?
2. If it’s not supported today, is there an official workaround (scene/automation integration) that can be triggered directly from the call screen?
3. Any roadmap/plan to support relay/electric strike unlock from the intercom UI?
My goal is to unlock the building entrance electric strike (T2) from the S1 Plus while answering the doorbell, not only the apartment door lock (U200).

Unfortunately, this feature is not supported. Perhaps the Aqara team will consider your suggestion and add this feature in the future. Thank you for your suggestion for expanding functionality and improving the user experience. @Aqarateam
Hi @nikosifan it’s not really the solution you are looking for but you could put a smart button next to the S1 panel and set an automation to T2 relay.
Not that elegant but working
I’m simply pointing out that the G410 isn’t a complete solution yet, as long as Aqara doesn’t offer a way to open (not only unlock) the door using the electric strike (connected through a T2 relay). I really like the Aqara G410, but unfortunately it doesn’t fully fit my needs.
Definitely there will always a point or reason which is not available or able to implement something! But through some tricky ideas some things are also possible, even if they are not out of the box!
