Hi everyone, I’ve been using Philips Hue motion sensors to control my lights, and they’ve been working perfectly until recently. I set up some automations where the lights turn on and off as they should, but there’s a problem with the status display in the app. Even when the lights are on, they show as off. This issue also affects my SharpTools dashboard, where the lights don’t show as on when activated by the automations. It used to work fine, but now it’s inconsistent. I’ve tried resetting the sensors and checking the connections, but nothing seems to fix it. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any suggestions on how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance for your help.
