I’ve had the exact same issue years ago. Most of the time, the “cannot login” error is simply caused by having the wrong region selected in the Aqara Home app. Aqara accounts are region-locked. if your account was created on the Mainland China server, you won’t be able to log in if the app is set to Europe or the US.
I suggest trying the regions one by one. It’s a bit tedious, but it’s the most reliable way to find where your account “lives”.
Keep in mind that things might have changed over the years - Aqara has updated its cloud infrastructure and privacy policies several times. What worked 3 years ago might have been migrated or partitioned differently now.

I also have a situation, I can’t log in through my name and password. I log in only through a one-time password (numbers) that comes to the email address linked to the APP.
To select this option (login via email), select another login window.

It would be great if you could share what the actual fix was, so others can learn from it too. Honestly, it’s getting a bit frustrating to see threads being closed just because “support handled it”.
