Hi everyone! I wanted to share my positive experience with both the Arlo Pro 5 cameras and the Govee Smart Sensors. First, let me talk about the Arlo Pro 5 cameras. I recently purchased three of them and set them up in my home. Initially, I encountered a bit of confusion because the Arlo app didn’t show the Pro 5 option—it only went up to Pro 4. I was a bit worried, but after some research and contacting support, I found that ensuring the app was updated and my account was properly configured solved the issue. Now, I’m thrilled with how seamlessly they integrate into my smart home setup! The video quality is excellent, and the motion detection is spot on.
On another note, I was also able to test the Govee Smart Sensors (H5122 & H5123). These sensors are incredibly easy to set up and pair with my existing Govee lights. The magnetic sensor, in particular, has been a game-changer for my door monitoring system. I set up a scene where the lights turn on when the door opens and off when it closes. It works perfectly! The only minor suggestion I have is that it would be great if the button sensor could toggle lights on and off, but I’m sure a software update could address that in the future.
Overall, I’m impressed with both products. They’ve added a new level of convenience and security to my home. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to enhance their smart home experience!
