I have successfully setup a FP2 sensor in my bedroom binded to the M3 HUB but don’t see any third party connectivity ecosystem features like all my other Aqara devices have. My intentions is to have Govee devices turn and off per human activity in the room from Ecosystems such as GoogleHome or Alexa.

Have you tried opening the FP2 sensor page in the Aqara app, clicking three dots and “Connect to other ecosystems”?
Or are you talking about its features, because full features are only available in the Aqara app (Google Home will still be able to utilize multi-zone presence)
How do you have your M3 hub connected to Alexa (or Google home)?
There is a discrepancy between how the Alexa skill works and how matter pairing works that has not been addressed (as far as I know). The Alexa skill will bring FP2 into Alexa, but Matter pairing of the M3 hub will not.

I have the HUB binded and no new devices as expected. I have had Alexa loose binding to Aqara DoorLocks.
Perhaps I will try rebinding the hubs to ecosystems and see if the devices show up.
Yeah the three dot option in the sub menus your talking about isn’t there for the FP2 sensor. Thank you for your idea.
Did you pair using Matter or the Aqara Alexa skill?
