Just thought I’d provide a bit of feedback to the group about an issue I recently identified and had resolved by Aqara Support.
The issue…
I was unable to associate newly created Light Groups to V1 Display Wireless Switches. The light groups either contained T2 E27 or GU10 RGB bulbs. I was however to still able to associate older light groups to the Wireless Switches.
The solution….
Kevin in Aqara support asked for details of the issue and a video showing that the older groups were available but not the newer groups. He kept me informed throughout the investigation. It turned out that the older groups I had created were all containing CCT bulbs whist the new ones were all RGB bulbs. The issue was then with the RGB Light Groups.
Aqara then implemented the fix and kept me updated throughout.
When the fix was ready, I was informed and asked to test it which it worked.
