I’ve been trying for almost a month to update the firmware of my H2-US light switch without success.
The current firmware is the 0.0.0_2123 version and the new one is 0.0.0_2326.
The Aqara app keeps telling me there’s this update pending but when I start it, it remains in 0% progress and doesn’t move forward.
Does anyone have or did have the same issue? What can I do to fix this?

I’ve had issues like this when trying to update it from the firmware section in profile. I typically get it to work when I go to the actual device-setting and check for the firmware update there. It’s worked for me many times. Worse case I would suggest to reach out to AQARA support if it doesn’t work to see if they can remotely update it for you.

I tried it but it didn’t work either.

I finally resolved the issue with the help of the Aqara support team. I had to remove the switch from the hub and add it again. Then the firmware update was recognized and finished.
It is a little painful because I had to repair the automations linked to the switch but at least it worked.
