Problem with both FP2 sensors installed

So I am having issues with both my FP2 sensors, they are in different locations around the house and both are staying stuck on presence. I’ve deleted them and reinstalled them and I’ve tried turning off AI nothing is working, they are still on presence.

I’m also having problems with water leak sensor which is stuck on water leaked.

I don’t think it’s an issue with the sensors, I think there is an issue with the app. I’ve cleared the app cache and nothing is changing.

All other sensors I have are working properly ( fp300, door and window sensors, and FP1E)

I’m losing my patience with them now.

Do a factory reset and add them again. Just deleting them from the app sometimes aren’t enough. I had the same with a water sensor some time ago but factory reset and new battery fixed it ( * Battery Trick: Remove the battery, then reinsert it while holding the reset button down until pairing is complete.).
For the FP2 - press the physical button on the device rapidly 10 times.

Ok so I’ve factory reset the FP2 and so far so good. I’ll keep you updated.
