Hi, I’m experiencing a malfunction with my Aqara relay. Whether I use Alexa, the physical wall button, or the app, the shutter fails to stop correctly. Once it reaches the top, instead of stopping, it reverses and starts moving up and down repeatedly in a loop.
Furthermore, if I press the ‘up’ button while the shutter is caught in this ‘up and down’ loop, the movement stops and the shutter begins to descend slowly towards the bottom.
Is there a possibility to do the calibration of roller shutter?
Could you please help me understand if this is a calibration issue or a hardware fault? Thank you
