I agree with the smart alarm (prefer zigbee over matter though) maybe if possible this is what you can do.
1x kit outdoor siren battery powered with simple underside security screw to remove to change battery (one is fine my current wifi alarm out door siren (yale has only 2 on front cover).
1x keypad with fingerprint reader for inside the home
option parts (obviously being with the aqara m.3 connection you could offer both options like the new sensor if it can work).
optional parts.
none of the motion sensors they detect cats if they jump over furniture.
in reality vibration sensors are to overated and can cause issues if large lorries drive past a building and will set off car alarm and your home alarm.
- motion sensor that wont be triggered by pets (has to be battery). (fp300)
- smoke alarm
- door and window sensor
- leak detectors
- panic buttom (aqara button on bed).
- gas detector
- tamper detection for out door siren and indoor siren.
- out building door sensor for sheds and offices, I do have one of your door and window sensors on my shed but feel for outdoors it needs to be a bit more robust.
- make sure the alarm trigger can be shared to other ssmart home items
- you could make up some kits witth this.

Personally the biggest want for me is a smart plug that support up to 3200 Watts (16 amp) as I run pretty big machines and arcade machines that draw that much power so at the moment I have to use another product for that which is really a shame.
A smart lock that is battery powered (for backup) and also DC/PoE powered via the latch.
Blinds motor like the E1 but one that can handle cord not just chain
Door lock for UK style UPVC five point lock doors
Outdoor door sensors
smart plant watering system (just to keep the mrs happy)
