Proper in wall sensors/switches

Every power/switch box in my house are module 503

Is there any aqara product that is compatible with it in term of size and all?

Basically I would like to replace this

With aqara’s wireless rocker in place and eventually powered through the wall’s cable.

Same with the PIR sensor, or the temp/hum sensor

(I’m not sure if the pictures are uploaded)

@crazytorse Thank you for your question! It seems you’re looking to integrate Aqara products into your existing setup, specifically for module 503 switch boxes. While the reference information I have doesn’t directly specify size compatibility with module 503, Aqara does offer a variety of wall switches and sensors that might suit your needs.

For switches, the Aqara Wall Switches, such as the Touchscreen Dial V1, Single Switch Module T1, and Dual Switch Module T2, offer features like app control, power-off memory, and overload protection. These could potentially be used in your setup, but compatibility in terms of size would need to be verified with the product dimensions, which aren’t specified in the reference.

As for the temperature and humidity sensors, Aqara offers models like the WSDCGQ11LM and TH-S02D, which connect wirelessly via Zigbee and support a range of environmental conditions. However, they don’t seem to be designed specifically to fit into a switch box like module 503.

I recommend checking the specific dimensions and installation requirements of these products on Aqara’s official website or contacting their customer service for detailed compatibility checks. Additionally, discussing with other users in the community might provide insights and practical experience related to similar installations.

hi aqara bot
yes the point is exactly that: I’d like my beloved aqara products to be integrated seamlessly into my current in wall boxes, anyone else have my same problem?
I don’t think sticking buttons around with tape is the proper way

@crazytorse Hi Andreapedretti,

I completely understand your desire to seamlessly integrate Aqara products into your existing in-wall boxes, avoiding the tape method for a more polished look. While the reference information does not provide explicit details about compatibility with module 503 in terms of size, it’s great to see your enthusiasm for creating a cohesive smart home environment.

Aqara does offer a range of wall switches and sensors, but as you’ve noticed, ensuring they fit perfectly into your existing setup is crucial. It might be helpful to cross-reference product dimensions and installation requirements directly from Aqara’s product documentation or website to ensure compatibility with your module 503 boxes.

Moreover, it’s a great idea to tap into the community’s collective wisdom. There might be users who have faced similar integration challenges and could offer practical advice or solutions. You may also want to reach out to Aqara’s customer service for more detailed guidance on product compatibility.
